The Review Manager is a smart online Guest Book for your website which allows visitors to write a review and you, the establishment owner, to decide which reviews you want to publish to your own website and to invite guests to write reviews on your website and in social media channels.  

How does the Review Manager work:

  1. Once integrated into your website, guest can write a review about your establishment.
  2. You will be notified by e-mail of a new review and will be able to decide whether you want to publish the review to your website or not.
  3. You are also able to post reviews to your website which you have received via any other channel.
  4. The Review Manager also allows you to send you guests an invitation to write a review, thus increasing the amount of reviews about your establishment.
  5. At the same time, you can integrate other review channels such as TripAdvisor into the Review Manager to increase the amount of reviews on other hotel review sites.
  6. Once you have received a review, you can reply to the reviewer with a thank you note.

What are the advantages of the Review Manager:

  • The Review Manager allows you to post guest reviews to your own website without of having to contact your webmaster.
  • Guest can write a review on your own website at any time.
