As with all our services, our terms & conditions are simple and straight forward and we would like to make them clear before you sign up. During registration, you will be asked to accept our terms & conditions, which constitutes a binding contract between yourself and Tourism Marketing SA. The following is a summary only.
As explained, this offer is for establishments in the hospitality industry (our clients) who host their website with us on one of our Webiste Promotion Packages and with normal, acceptable usage. The honest truth is that if it is your intention to setup programs and software to download movies, music & whatever else every day of the month then these uncapped packages are not for you. We ask you for your establishment name and ADSL Line number, because we want to be sure you are using our package in your establishment and not to run your online shop or recruitment agency with it. We will take action on the very small minority who through their usage start affecting all of our other clients' internet experience. We want to make this clear upfront so that nobody is disappointed or surprised later.
We do not want any unhappy customers, should however, you would be our first unhappy customer, we will try our utmost to make you happy again and if we can't, we will cry but will let you go, you are not tied down into any form of contract. Upgrades, Downgrades and Cancellations become effective from the 1st of the following month.
We do our best to ensure 99.9% uptime of our server and your internet connection, however, since we are (just like you are) reliable on the infrastructure available to all of us, we cannot be held liable for any interruptions caused or data lost, but guaranty you our utmost efforts to get you browsing again.
